Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with Trails Weaver. This policy explains how payments and refunds work for the Pro subscription. It applies alongside the buyer terms of my payment provider, Paddle, and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments for Trails Weaver are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles the sale, billing, taxes, and any refunds on my behalf. I never store or process your card details directly.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Trails Weaver isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment or of a subscription renewal — no need to explain why. I'll approve eligible requests and Paddle will return the payment to your original method.

Refunds outside this window are considered case by case (for example, a billing error or a service issue on my side). Just get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.

3. Your Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Trails Weaver is digital content you can access immediately, by starting your subscription you agree that the service begins right away. Where the law still grants you a withdrawal or refund right, this policy does not take it away, and you can always exercise it.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle. After cancelling, you keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account simply reverts to the Free tier. Your worlds and content stay with you — cancelling does not delete them.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email me at info@trailsweaver.com with the email address on your account, and I'll take care of it. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt to reach the payment provider directly.

6. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
